The Miami development pioneer will break ground on a new residential project, Carbonell -- an homage to Cuban sculptor Manuel Carbonell -- and unveil the 84-year-old artist's signature creation, slated to be displayed upon completion of the building bearing his name. The Carbonell condominium already has firm contracts on more than 70 percent of its 284 units.
