Although it was built in
1979 many of the units

In my experience, Grove
Isle tends to have
larger units for the
money as compared with
other buildings in
Coconut Grove. Many who
choose to live on Grove
Isle do so because of
the extra security it
offers. Not only is
there a manned, gated
entrance onto the
island, but there is
also a doorman for every
building. Grove Isle is
one of the most secluded
spots to live in Coconut
Grove. You are away from
the hustle and bustle of
city living, but still
minutes from all the
action of Coconut Grove
and Downtown Miami.
While the maintenance
fees tend to be a little
higher here, the
residents are rewarded
with added amenities not
found at other
condominium buildings.
