The 37 commercial and retail units house professional services such as a dentist office, various real estate companies, and a law practice. The commercial units at the Minorca Coral Gables on the ground floor will have a beauty salon, a café and other retail stores as well as ample metered parking. Complimentary visitor parking for the commercial and retail units can be accessed through the garage entrance on Minorca Avenue.

On the fourth floor at the Minorca Condo, there is a recreation room, an exercise room, a putting green, an infinity pool, and a terrace lined with palms. All of these facilities are for the private use of the Minorca Condominium membership. A professional management company is on site to manage all aspects of the building during business hours. After hours and on weekends, a 24-hour security service is on duty to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. Also, the Minorca Condominium enjoys secured and guarded garage parking.

The Minorca Condominium is only a short walk away from Miracle Mile and its downtown surroundings. The infinity pool and jacuzzi on the 4th floor is for the private use of Minorca residents and business owners/tenants. Pool hours are between 8AM to 8PM. Unfortunately, no grills are permitted in the area. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets are permitted on pool deck or in any other common area.

The Minorca Condo Putting Green

The Putting Green on the 4th floor is for the use of private residents. Golf Clubs may be borrowed from the Reception Area with proper ID.

Minorca Condo Recreation Room and Gym

The Recreation Room and Gym are on the 4th floor and are for the private use of Minorca residents and business owners/tenants. The gym is equipped with exercise machines (a treadmill, eliptical machine and a full circuit weight machine)and a television. The Recreation Room has a console sink and an open area for entertaining. Folding chairs may be borrowed (with refundable deposit) from the front desk. The Recreation Room may be reserved by residents and business owners/tenants by filling out the eform online or at the front desk, with refundable deposit.
