Groupe Pacific is a real estate development organization fully diversified in land acquisition and all phases of residential, commercial, industrial and land subdivision development and marketing. Since 1953, Groupe Pacific has brought to completion a multitude of successful real estate developments in both the United States and Canada. The original thrust into real estate was generated in Montreal, Canada, over 40 years ago, but it wasn’t long before Groupe Pacific took advantage of excellent growth and diversification opportunities in Toronto and Windsor, Ontario, and in Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, as well as expanding south to the United States where enormous growth in the Company has taken place over the past 25 years. This expansion has ranged from the acquisition, development and marketing of a 5,200-acre subdivision in southern California, to the purchase of revenue-producing properties in the suburbs of New Jersey, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Georgia and, since 1969, to the southeastern coast of Florida where the Company’s large multi-family, high-rise, residential developments have proven to be extremely successful through several economic
and real estate cycles in recent years.
