One Breaks Ground Dadeland’s First Class “A” Office
Condominium to Begin Construction
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miami-based real estate
development company, Dayco is proud to announce the
groundbreaking of Town Center One, a 210,000 square
foot, 24-story office condominium, located in Dadeland’s
new Urban Core, the triangle bordered by Kendall Drive
to the north, the Palmetto expressway to the west, and
US1 to the east. With a 24-month completion time, Town
Center One is the first phase of Town Center at
Dadeland, a 5.5 acre, mixed-use blend of commercial,
retail and residential condominiums, all within a series
of five buildings, accented by wide, pedestrian-friendly
walkways and plazas. Town Center completes the vision of
the Downtown Kendall Charrette by creating a true
